Mask regulations

  • A medical or FFP2 mask must be worn in all public areas

 

Test / Vaccination regulations

  • Please keep up-to-date with the latest developments & restrictions for your destination before your trip
  • Berlin /  Düsseldorf / Munich:
    2G Regulation – Guests have to be fully vaccinated or recovered, proof of vaccination must be presented at the hotel upon check-in.

 

Check-in / Check-out

  • Always keep a minimum distance of 1.5 metres to each other
  • Wait in front of the hotel if the distance inside cannot be guaranteed
  • There are Disinfectant stations in our public areas as well as at our reception
  • If necessary, please follow the instructions of the staff
  • Distance zones have been marked and we kindly ask you to follow them
  • There are plexiglass walls at the reception to protect our guests and employees
  • Check-in / check-out process partly available digital with your smartphone or at the check-in terminal
  • Alternatively, check-in / check-out is contact-minimized
  • Please use the possibility to pay contactless
  • Limited luggage storage

  • We have set up Hygiene Standards, which focuses on the creation, implementation, certification and evaluation of the new hygiene rules
  • Our staff has been trained and follows strict hygiene plans

Public areas

  • We pay attention to a limited maximum number of people present in our lobby
  • Protection in public areas with disinfection stations, distance zones and plexiglass walls
  • Protective masks for all employees

 

Breakfast

  • A distance of 1,5- 2m to each other is guaranteed in our breakfast areas
  • The breakfast times are extended with increasing traffic to ensure, that you can enjoy your breakfast in peace and with the required distance
  • Our goods are delivered under strict hygiene conditions

 

Parking

  • Parking on site in our garage is available in the following hotels:
    Hotel AMANO, Hotel MANI, Hotel ZOE & AMANO Grand Central
  • Please reserve your parking space in advance. Unfortunately at AMANO Grand Central it’s not possible to reserve parking slots
  • If our garage is occupied or if you are planning a stay at one of our hotels without a garage, our reception team will help you to find a slot in the direct neighbourhood

  • If you have a cough and runny nose, please do not visit us
  • Please wash your hands carefully before and after visiting us
  • Please stick to the known corona hygiene rules

COVID-19 rapid tests

  • For your health and safety, we offer a Covid-19 rapid test for every participant before the event starts.
  • Our teams are certified trained to conduct Covid-19 rapid tests on participants.

 

Visitor restrictions

  • Our conference rooms can accommodate 8 people seated in classroom-style (59m²)
  • 1.5 – 2-meter distance to the speaker is guaranteed
  • 30 people seated in classroom-style can be accommodated in a 180m²  room
  • We can guarantee a minimum distance of 1.5m

Air Purifiers

  • All conference rooms are equipped with CASADRON air purifiers
  • These make it possible to filter the virus and aerosol concentration in closed rooms and constantly clean the air
  • Effective way of reducing the risk of infection
  • The air purifier are environmentally friendly and do not cause any additional impact to our environment.
  • How does it work?
    The air we exhale can contain viruses. This is also the case with SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19), which we release into the air when we breathe, cough, speak and sneeze. These viruses do not move individually in the air, but are enclosed in larger droplets, so they move in the form of an aerosol.* These aerosols now cling to the suspended particles in our air. The air purifier soaks up the air, cleans it and releases the cleaned air back into our environment. The CASADRON system continuously cleans the air and works reliably even with open windows or doors and also with air-conditioning systems and heaters.

Supplies

  • Office supplies such as stationaries, flip-charts, or screens are disinfected after each use
  • Each guest gets their own writing pad and pen
  • Pens are not reused

 

Disinfection

  • During lunch breaks, every seat in the conference room is disinfected
  • Disinfectant stations are provided to every room
  • Regular disinfection and cleaning of the restrooms are guaranteed

 

Technology

  • You want to conduct national or international teleconferences and need special technology – contact us! We are equipped accordingly!

Personnel deployment

  • The use of personnel in the room is kept to a minimum.
  • Banquet and kitchen staff always wear face masks.
  • If required, we are happy to provide a face mask per participant free of charge.

 

Coffee breaks

  • We provide disposable gloves and supplies
  • Each guest gets his coffee break pastries (packaged), water, and soft drinks separately

 

Lunch

  • We can guarantee a minimum distance of 1.5m in our restaurants. Do you want to be safe? 2m is also possible.
  • In such circumstances, our meals are served by our banquet chefs – no lunch buffet until August 31, 2020.
  • We pay attention to the required minimum distance and short queues.

Would you prefer to sit outdoors? Our courtyard is perfect for your lunch break!

 

Please keep the distance

  • Always stay at least 1.5m apart.
  • Wait in front of the restaurant, buffet, reception, etc. if the distance cannot be guaranteed.
  • Please follow staff instructions if necessary.

Checklist – Indoor Restaurant Visit

  • Reserve a table
  • Get tested – you need a negative test to visit our restaurant
  • We accept certified rapid and PCR tests that are not older than 24 hours
  • No need to be tested for people, who are vaccinated or recovered from COVID-19 less than 6 months ago (proof required)
  • Show the result at the check-in counter of the restaurant
  • Please wait to be seated by our staff
  • You can read our menu via QR code on your smartphone – if this is not possible for you, we also have laminated menus
