The Restaurant

The MANI Restaurant takes its guests on a culinary journey from Tel Aviv to Paris. Head Chef Octavio Oses Bravo is keen to experiment with combining and mixing spices and ingredients from the Mediterranean, creating dishes such as cauliflower with salty lemon, garlic butter, and almond or “Tel Aviv Schnitzel” with corn fed chicken, Israeli salad, eggplant ailioli, and harissa potatoe. Anyone visiting the restaurant for the first time or with a large party is recommended to order a selection of the various starters (“Chuzpeles”), which are served in the centre of the table like tapas and show off the full culinary range on offer. A particular feature is the green tiled fireplace, which gives the MANI Restaurant its cosy atmosphere and makes it perfect for savouring after-dinner drinks. The MANI and its creative cuisine are very popular in Berlin and were recommended as an insider tip by “Feinschmecker” in May 2012 and voted Berlin’s Scene Restaurant 2012 by the jury of the “Berliner Meisterköche”.
